Possible is operated by Possible Labs, Inc. We develop AI-powered research and problem-solving software.

The website and requesting access

The website describes our work, products and developing capabilities. A description of a future capability does not mean it is already available.

Requesting access is free. It does not make a purchase, start a subscription or guarantee admission. We will contact you when access is available.

Paid services and delivery

These terms cover software access, digital research reports and commissioned research or analysis when offered. The product description or written order identifies the service you are buying; not every service described on the website is available for purchase.

Before you purchase a paid service, we will describe what is included, the price and currency, applicable taxes, the payment schedule, and when and how access or deliverables will be provided.

Services are delivered digitally. Software access is provided through an account or invitation, and reports are supplied through a download, email or agreed workspace. The order specifies the activation or delivery date; we do not promise immediate access unless the offer says so. Contact us if a stated delivery date is missed.

If a service renews automatically, its billing frequency, renewal amount and cancellation process will be disclosed before you agree to it. Additional charges require your agreement.

A separately signed service agreement may add service-specific terms. Any difference from these standard terms must be clearly identified and agreed before purchase, and cannot remove mandatory customer rights.

For commissioned work, the written scope will identify the question being investigated, the work to be performed, deliverables, timing and acceptance criteria. Purchasing an investigation does not guarantee a particular scientific or commercial result.

Using research and AI outputs

Research and AI-generated analysis can contain mistakes, incomplete evidence and uncertainty. Consider the supporting evidence and limitations, and use appropriate specialist judgment before acting on a result. Outputs do not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Responsible use

Use the website and services lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation or submit information you are not entitled to share. Keep any account credentials secure.

Cancellations, refunds and billing concerns

Our refund and cancellation policy explains the process for ending a service or raising a payment issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We will date updates on this page. An update does not retrospectively change the terms of an existing purchase. Any material change to an ongoing service will be communicated before it takes effect, with any agreement required by law.
